Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to present Orr Construction Management, Inc. We would like to make you aware of our company, our staff, our experience, and some of the services we offer. Thank you, in advance, for taking the time to consider our organization for any projects you might be planning.




Orr Construction Management was formed as a sole proprietorship by Kenneth R. Orr in February, 1984. Since that time O.C.M. has participated either as a Construction Manager, General Contractor, Construction Consultant and/or Construction Scheduler on approximately 400 projects.


We currently have Project Manager/Estimators with well over 150 years of combined experience on our staff, along with Administrative/Accounting personnel with 50 years of combined experience in the construction industry. Although the size of our field staff varies depending on our work load, our Project Superintendents continually average over 20 years experience on the job-site. In recognition of this experience and expertise, we were very pleased to be nominated as General Contractor of the year in 2001 by the Greater Kansas City Chapter of the American Subcontractor’s Association. O.C.M. has also been featured for three consecutive years in Ingram's Magazine as one of Kansas City's 100 Fastest Growing Businesses.


In January 1996 O.C.M. relocated our entire operation to an office building located in Raytown, Missouri and owned by principals of O.C.M. As well as our office building pictured at the top, the site includes warehouse and yard storage space.


Recently our annual dollar volume of work has been approximately $15,000,000 per year, and we maintain current licenses and registrations in both Kansas and Missouri as well as many city licenses in the Kansas City area.


O.C.M. has a long standing bonding relationship with Thomas McGee, L.C. and our local agent is Doug Joyce. Our total bonding capacity with C.N.A. of Chicago, Illinois is currently $25,000,000.
